Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Hotel Rate Mapping & Onboarding Specialist to join our onboarding team.
This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring excellence in hotel onboarding — with Roomstay onboarding as the primary focus and excellence as the only standard.
Key Responsibilities
Primary focus – Roomstay onboarding (excellence required):
Own and execute hotel onboarding with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and customer experience
Map hotel rates, inventory, and room types across systems with high precision
Ensure correct channel distribution setup across OTAs and PMS integrations
Test and validate rate setups to guarantee accurate synchronisation across platforms
Become a subject matter expert in hotel distribution and onboarding workflows
Continuously improve onboarding quality, speed, and consistency
Secondary focus (after ~6 months):
Customer support for onboarding-related issues and rate mapping queries
Key Knowledge Requirements (Critical)
Strong understanding of PMS and OTA distribution from a channel mapping perspective, including:
RMS
NewBook
Opera (big bonus points)
SiteMinder
D-Edge

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel distribution, onboarding, or reservations (essential)
Hands-on experience with PMS / CRS / channel management tools
Strong knowledge of OTA distribution and mapping logic
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
